Where can we deliver?
Santeshop.eu works with carriers covering the whole of mainland France, Corsica included. You can have your orders delivered to your home or to a pickup point. The 26 European Union countries and Switzerland are served as well. The United Kingdom and the French overseas territories cannot be ordered to directly: for those destinations, write to us through the contact form and we will prepare a tailored quote.
What delivery methods are available?
Your orders are shipped with La Poste Colissimo and handed over against signature. You can also choose to collect them from a Pickup network point. Chronopost express delivery is currently unavailable.
What are the delivery charges?
What delivery times are usually observed?
For strict health-safety reasons and pursuant to the precautionary principle, no return or exchange will be performed on a consumable product (test, strip, lancing devices, sterile lancets, etc.) that has been opened.
Are you not satisfied with your order, or have you changed your mind?
In accordance with applicable law (right of withdrawal), you have 15 days (from the date of receipt of your order) to return your order and obtain an exchange or refund.
Return conditions apply:
- The product you return to us must be new. It must not have been used and must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and spare parts.
- If the packaging has a seal, it must still be intact. If the product has no seals, it must not have been used or manipulated.
Failure to respect any of these conditions may result in the refusal of the product return.
